Jeff is an owner of Friends for Life. Jeff oversees the maintenance department and provides crucial support to all FFL locations.

In 1993, Jeff embarked on a journey with the Royal Canadian Navy, dedicating ten years to service. His deployments took him across the globe, providing invaluable experiences and shaping his worldview.

Following his naval tenure, Jeff transitioned to the Military Police, where he spent four years. In 2007, he took on a new role for the Halifax Regional Police, as a constable, serving the Dartmouth area as a community response officer.

In September 2023, Jeff retired from active duty, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. His commitment to service didn’t waver; instead, he channeled his energy into various volunteer capacities.
