Karen’s journey in the early childhood field began in 2003 at the Lantz Pre-School. In her 20 years there, she worked one on one to support children with additional needs and their families.  She graduated from MSVU with a BA in psychology in 1995. In 2021, she completed the Early Childhood Administration Certificate and moved on to enroll in the ECE PLAR program at NSCECE where she currently holds a Level 3 classification.
