Krista graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Child Studies degree in 1994. After that she worked in childcare in NB, Alberta, and NS. After having her three children, Krista stayed at home with her children, while also babysitting and teaching art and sewing classes to children. After her children were all in school, Krista went back to teach Preschool, Pre-primary and then as a Play Facilitator for the Halifax Public Library before coming to Friends for Life as Assistant Director. Krista is also a certified Children’s Yoga Teacher and loves sharing yoga and it’s benefits with children and their families!
