Lisa Fraser graduated from the Institute of Early Childhood Education in 2000. While also received the Dr. Maria Hamilton Award For Love, patience and Understanding 

Lisa has worked at Elmwood Childcare Centre for 17 years. She is currently studying at the Mount Saint Vincent to receive a degree in Child and youth Studies and will graduate in 2025.

It is Lisa’s belief that children learn through a play-based approach and that children should be their own authentic selves, free of judgement and should be encouraged to be themselves, always.
