Lisa started her journey with FFL in 2018, as a substitute educator and became a full-time employee soon after. She obtained her level 1 in 2014 and completed her level 2 through NSCECE in 2021, through the PLAR  program. She has held many teachers positions in her career. Educator for preschool, school age, and infant age groups, centre cook, and now her most recent position as Assistant Director. Lisa wishes to continue to grow her career as a childcare administrative professional. Lisa strives on having strong communication amongst her FFL team and enjoys time spent in the classrooms offering support and mentoring to her team. When away from the center Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, and in the summers, she can be found glamping with her family and friends.
