Michelle is a former Director of Kids and Co. for the past 9 years, and Kids Academy prior to that. She is a long-time recipient of an Early Childhood Education diploma from St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario with her Level 2 ECE, and has been working in the child care field for almost 30 years. Michele has extensive Leadership skills mentoring Educators for many years, as well as strong relationships with the Department of Education on regulatory requirements. Michele is a mother to her amazing son Evan who she loves to spend time with. Her background and experience has exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased to welcome her to our FFL team.
